Podere Conti produces a significant portion of the products featured on our menu in-house. Our agri-chef, Giulio Bellano, is very meticulous in selecting the best produce from our local area, transforming them into dishes or preparations. Alongside Giulio, Podere Conti opens up its kitchen for dedicated courses focusing on recipes that embody the enogastronomic philosophy of our restaurant.
