Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the olive groves that surround Podere Conti, naturally cultivated on the hills encircling the estate. The olives are hand-harvested at peak aromatic expression and cold-pressed within a few hours, in order to preserve freshness, integrity, and nutritional richness.
The result is an oil with an elegant and authentic profile: green and fruity, with delicate herbal notes and a lightly bitter and peppery finish, typical of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. A pure and sincere seasoning that brings the genuine taste of Lunigiana to the table.
