Your brief journey begins with a warm welcome to our restaurant. You will receive the necessary kit to become a chef for a short period, and Giulio will quickly guide you into the fascinating world of fresh pasta, revealing traditional secrets and techniques.

Right after, you will enter the kitchen to experience the process of preparing fresh pasta. You will actively participate, experiencing the magic of creating fresh dough. Giulio will guide you through the selection of ingredients, perfect proportions, and secrets to achieve the desired consistency. You will learn to roll out the pasta in various shapes, create delicious ravioli, and discover techniques to maintain freshness and perfect texture.

The accelerated course will conclude with a special farewell from the Kitchen Brigade, who has a final surprise reserved for all participants.
