Welcome to an Unforgettable Culinary and Baking Experience at Podere Conti! Our course will take you on a captivating journey into the world of cooking and bread preparation, guided by our expert agri-chef Giulio Bellano.


We'll start the day with a warm welcome at our restaurant, providing you with all the necessary equipment to become a chef for a day, while Giulio introduces you to the magical world of baking.

Introduction to the Kitchen you will step into the Podere Conti kitchen, where you'll have the opportunity to observe and participate in the preparation of doughs that we'll later bake. You'll discover the different types of flour used, as well as the measurements and rising times for each type of dough.

Now, Let's Fire Up the Oven In the morning, you'll fully immerse yourself in the bread preparation process. From pre-baking the bread to rolling out and preparing a crispy pizza, focaccia, and Sgabei – a traditional fried pasta to accompany cured meats and fresh cheeses.

At the end of the course, you'll bid farewell to the Kitchen Brigade, who has a small surprise in store for all of you. We hope you'll gain the knowledge needed to experiment with baking at home, impressing friends and family with your newfound culinary skills.
